So I really want to lose some weight if i lose like 10LBS I would be really happy but it is hard cause I really don't like to run so I can't just go outside and start running.It has been way to cold to go on a walk. I was being really good one week and I went to three exercise classes at the aquatic center..I went to Zumba, this class called cut to the core and I tried yoga. I really liked Yoga! After the cut to the core class my abs killed so i guess that means it did its job. So maybe next week i will be better and go three days again or at least one ;)
